Your hiking tour ends after breakfast. You can organize your departure individually or take advantage of our convenient return transfer service, which will take you back to your starting point. Advance booking is required.

    Arrival
All our tours are advertised without travel. You decide whether you travel by car or by public transport (www.bahn.de). Please let us know at the time of booking. On request, we can arrange parking spaces for your car at the hotel of departure (possibly for a fee).

    Booking options
Our online booking form is available for your booking. You can also contact us by e-mail or telephone to clarify any questions or requests.

    Booking time
We check the availability of all trips individually. We usually need 5 working days for this. Please allow for a processing time of approx. 10 days for careful handling. We recommend booking early for public holiday weekends, during the high season (September and October) and for major regional events.

    Booking period
The programs run from Easter to the end of October. Different travel periods are listed separately in the offer. Bookings are possible all year round.

    Local taxes
We would like to point out that local taxes (e.g. guest contribution, cultural promotion tax), which are levied during the stay, are not included in the tour price and must be paid on site.

    Luggage transfer
For our cycling and hiking tours with alternating accommodation, you can book a luggage transfer for an additional charge. The price depends on your desired program. Luggage must be ready by 9.00 a.m. on the day of departure. One piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 20 kg per person is permitted. A higher number of pieces of luggage or suitcases that weigh more will result in a surcharge. The suitcases will be ready at the next accommodation from 5.00 pm.

    Information material / travel documents
Once payment has been received in full, the vouchers will be sent to you by e-mail. You will also receive detailed information with a detailed tour description and maps.

    Additional costs
Our prices only include the services listed. Additional costs for public transportation, drinks or tips are not included in the tour price, unless they are expressly listed on the voucher / travel voucher.

    Traveling with children
We are happy to organize your personal family trip. To do this, we need precise details when you book, such as the desired room layout and the age of the children.

    Traveling with dogs
Unfortunately, not all of our partners are equipped to accommodate dogs. If you intend to take your four-legged friend with you on your trip, please let us know when you make your booking. Any costs incurred in the accommodation or e.g. for cab rides will be communicated at the time of booking and paid locally.

    Travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The costs for this are based on the travel price. Each booking confirmation contains information about ERGO travel insurance. The insurance is taken out when you pay the premium when booking the trip, but no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date. If the booking is made within 30 days before the start of the trip, the insurance can only be taken out on the day of booking, at the latest within the next 3 working days.

If possible, be ready for your return transfer 15 to 30 minutes before the respective pick-up time. You will be picked up directly at your destination hotel and taken to your departure hotel. Please let us know at the time of booking whether you would like to make use of our return transfer.

    Start dates
Arrival is possible daily. We recommend arriving on a Sunday.
