If you start this tour from Alf, you will arrive in Bernkastel-Kues at 1.30 pm and have 1.5 hours to explore the medieval town. You then return to Alf by boat at 3.20 pm.

Leiwen - Bernkastel - Leiwen with the passenger boat company Gebrüder Kolb
The boat travels up the Moselle past famous wine villages such as Mülheim, Brauneberg and Neumagen-Dhron. The cliffs of the Brauneberg vineyards or the Moselloreley in Piesport and the wine presses from Roman times are impressive, there is also a lock passage and with a bit of luck you might even come across a Roman wine ship.
If you start the tour from Leiwen, you will arrive in Bernkastel at 12 noon. After three hours ashore, the boat will take you back to Leiwen at 3 pm.
