Reading with Ewald Arenz
Ewald Arenz comes to Bernkastel-Kues with "Five, Six, Seven, Eight"
Ewald Arenz, a high school teacher from Nuremberg and an award-winning author, presents his novel “Five, Six, Seven, Eight” which was released in June. It tells the touching story of 60-year-old tap dancer Anton, who is sidelined in his career. In this situation, he reflects on his life, on aging, and whether he has lived his life correctly at all. Time and again, his thoughts revolve around his first great love Jo, who mysteriously disappeared back then. His daughter Emma, who has taken over his job at the theater, helps him in his search.
An evening for everyone who loves good stories – personal, relatable, and with an author who knows how to engage his audience.
