The Hoffmann family has been growing grapes for generations. To care for the vineyards, to harvest the grapes, the wines is subject to the passed on experience with us.
It is close to my heart to continue our family winery out of love for detail.
Preserving tradition, combined with modernity, and benefiting from the experiences passed down through the Hoffmann generations, it is still a challenge for me every year to produce very good wine quality.
