They are called: Monzeler Kätzchen and Paulinslay as well as Kestener Herrenberg and Paulinshofberger. Due to the different site conditions, various terroir-influenced wine styles can develop. In addition to the classic grape variety of Riesling at the Mosel, Chardonnay, Rivaner, Weißer Burgunder as well as the red wines Dornfelder, Spätburgunder and Regent are also cultivated.
