At 5 p.m. it's time to raise your glasses!
Our wine queen Katharina welcomes you with a sparkling glass of Riesling sparkling wine in the historical Roman wine press.

After that, Katharina will take you on a time travel and show you how the Romans used their wine press and take you into the world of Roman viticulture.

Want a memory photo?
During the photo shoot with Katharina, you can feel like real Romans and slip into authentic Roman attire.

And then it's time for tasting.
At the wine stand on the Ausonius bank, 7 more wines of your choice are waiting for you. Taste your way through and find your personal favorite.
