"Stones above the river" - The Jewish cemeteries on the Moselle from Remiremont bi

The Moselle flows from the Vosges through France, Luxembourg, and Germany to Koblenz. This geographical area shares Jewish culture as a common heritage. Most Jewish communities fell victim to Nazi terror, while new ones have been revived, e.g., in Koblenz, Trier, Metz.
This picture book contains photographs of all the remaining Jewish cemeteries in the Moselle communities, along with directions and coordinates. Through a PowerPoint presentation, you will learn about the creation of the book, the history of Jews in our region, and especially about the still-existing Jewish cemeteries. The aim of the evening and the book publication is to raise awareness of the loss of this culture. Fee: 10 €
