The holiday home by the waterfall is located in a quiet area and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain and garden landscape. A sun terrace and garden furniture invite you to relax outdoors. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Private parking is available on-site for a fee, and there is also a parking garage and a charging station for electric vehicles. Pets are welcome upon request. The house is a non-smoking property and offers tickets for public transportation.

A down payment of 50% will be charged after booking. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before booking. You will receive a payment information from the host.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover takes place via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 10,00€ per pet/night.
The tourism tax of 1,70€ per person/day for those aged 18 and older will be charged locally in addition.
Other fees: 8,00€ per day for parking.
