A prepayment of 50% is charged after booking. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival. You will receive a payment information from the host.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover takes place through a keyless entry system. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.
A baby crib can be provided free of charge on request.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €10.00 per pet per night.
The tourist tax of €1.70 per person per day for guests from 18 years will be charged on site in addition.
