Above the Graacher Himmelreich, on the outskirts of the Graacher Schäferei, you will find the holiday flat "Im Weingarten" in a quiet location. Your car can be parked directly in front of the house. The cosy holiday flat in the upper floor of a 3 family house offers the guest elevated comfort with 3 bedrooms for max. 5 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, a large fire-place and/or living room with modern dinette and a bathroom with whirlpool and shower. From the 2 available balconies you can enjoy the view of the castle Landshut or the view of the Moselle towards Zeltingen at beautiful sunsets. Walk through the vineyards directly from the accommodation and marvel at the unique views of the Moselle valley. Bicycles and/or motorcycles can be parked.

A deposit of 20% is charged up to one week after booking.
The remaining payment is to be made on-site in cash or via bank transfer up to one week before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is possible between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover takes place in person on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment
Please ring the bell at the house entrance door on the middle floor (first floor) for registration, key handover, and handover of the house rules upon arrival. The holiday apartment itself is located on the top floor of the building.
Your vehicle can be parked free of charge in the designated parking space for the apartment in front of the house.
Supervision of small children is important when using the balcony.
The fireplace can only be operated electrically (without heat effect) - use of fire is not desired.
