Martin's parade in Brauneberg

The celebration in memory of Saint Martin will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 5:15 p.m..
All participating children as well as the adults will meet at the monastery church in Filzen. There, the children will present the Martin story. The celebration will be musically accompanied by musicians from Brauneberg and Wintrich.
At 5:45 p.m., the torchlight procession will start towards the community and tourist office on Nussbaumallee. At the Martin fire, the children will receive their Martin pretzel. The catering will be provided by the support association of the Brauneberg fire department.
All citizens are, of course, warmly invited to participate in this beautiful tradition.

The sale of Martin raffle tickets began on November 2 at the front doors and will continue at the tourist office.
The proceeds will benefit the youth fire department Brauneberg!
