Rundwanderung Minheimer Wald an der Mosel

At 3.5 kilometers is the shortest hiking trail in the region. Mostly on flat paths, it leads through forest and vineyard paths above the Moselle village of Minheim.

Directions
From the parking lot at the Minheimer grill and refuge hut "Em Kreschelenkamp" you walk gently up a forest path. After approx. 800 meters, the path branches off to the right and circles the Moselhöhe, which is 364 meters above sea level. The path then takes you a short distance through the vineyards and back to the starting point.
Public transit

Please note that the buses do not always stop in Minheim but, depending on the connection, at the Minheim bridge (opposite side of the Moselle).

Getting there

The approach is via the B 53 (Moselle wine route) to the Piesport roundabout, then take the L 50 up the serpentines to the panorama road (K 52) and continue in the direction of Minheim. Start is at the barbecue/shelter "Em Kreschelenkamp
