Winery Schiffmann-Junk

The winery is located in Brauneberg, in the heart of the Moselle Valley. First mentioned in a document in 1624, it has been family-owned ever since.

The vineyards in the locations of Brauneberger Juffer, Juffer Sonnenuhr, and Mandelgraben are managed. During the manual harvest on the steep slopes, selection is already done in the vineyard. The harvested grapes are then gently pressed and individually vinified. The Riesling wines of the estate are characterized by delicate acidity, minerality, fruitiness, and - not least - their low alcohol content. Preserving tradition while incorporating modern elements into the winery results in top-quality wines. In the estate's wine tavern, the "Juffer Weinstube," the wines can be tasted. The kitchen offers small, delicious dishes that complement the wine.
