Quality is a top priority at the winery - and you can taste it at a tasting of the first-class wines. Wine lovers will find different qualities ranging from simple country wine to high-quality ice wine. The vineyards are cultivated close to nature and the grape and wine processing is gentle. All wines in the vineyard - predominantly Riesling - are own growth, hand-picked and selected. Low yields, highly ripe but still healthy grapes, are the prerequisites for an aromatic and extract-rich wine.
