Tradition and quality The winegrowing in our family Ballmann-Zenz has a long tradition. The vineyards are situated on the sunny steep slopes of the Middle Moselle. They are carefully tended throughout the year to achieve a golden-yellow grape ripeness in autumn. These grapes, harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented to wine, mature in our cellar to noble wine and sparkling wine. Yearly awards confirm our efforts for quality.
