Culinary enjoyment and fine wines in a special ambiance: "Saxler's Restaurant" has become a popular meeting point for gourmets. Chef Hermann Saxler places great value on fresh products. His varied creations have been awarded multiple times.
Convincing arguments for connoisseurs include, for example, the flavored Perigord foie gras "Du Chef" with pear/apple/caramel/passion fruit or the hand-picked Breton scallop with sauerkraut/bacon/carrot-ginger and mustard caviar.
A wide selection of excellent open wines - most from top wineries in the region and, of course, also from the Zeltinger vineyards "Himmelreich," "Schlossberg," "Sonnenuhr," and "Deutschherrenberg" - accompany the menu. In addition, you will find a large selection of top-quality wines from around the world, such as fine drops from Bordeaux.
