Water treading pool and recreational area

In the beautiful Dreisbachtal, 500 meters from the village, you will find the water treading pool. Next to it there is a shelter with a parking lot and an acidulous well, which invites you to stay. A place under trees, which offers real relaxation on hot days. The border of the acid well dates back to the Roman times. Open: from May to October

The water treading pool in the Dreiselbachtal is the perfect place for a hiking break. Here you can refresh your feet and take a rest in the nearby refuge. The water treading pool belongs to the Kesten municipality. Kesten is situated on the romantic Middle Moselle, eight kilometres from Bernkastel-Kues. Many beautiful, lovingly restored half-timbered houses characterise the historic village centre, which is framed by steep vineyard slopes and the banks of the Moselle.
