Regionality creates character - Our vision and mission is to create awareness for good food that doesn't start in the kitchen, but on the pig farmer's farm, in the hunter's forest or in the greengrocer's field. We want to ignite passion for regional products and inspire everyone to experience and share this philosophy with us. Enjoyment through sustainability and transparency from head to tail - not a trend, but a motto! We process farm animals from "nose to tail" and create versatile dishes, also from the animals' by-products = nothing is thrown away! Duroc pork from our own free-range pig breeding, fish species from controlled, sustainable fishing, game meat from local forests and chicken from regional poultry farms. Whether spicy steaks, fresh fish specialities, something light from lamb to veal to poultry or game, but also vegan and vegetarian specialities, we have something tasty for everyone.
