Paul Koenen family wine estate is located in Minheim holiday resort on the Moselle River. Sited idyllic on the outskirts of the village, guests can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Moselle and the Moselle cultural landscape.
With our wines, we place great importance on preserving their natural character, which is why we treat musts and wines very gently, allowing them a certain maturation period and attending to them individually, grape variety by grape variety.
It is the taste and balance that distinguish our wines. That is our goal in our daily work in the vineyard and cellar.
A reduced use of fertilizers and pesticides is as natural to us as forgoing high yields in order to harvest fully ripe grapes.
