The Pauly-Bohn winery is situated in castles. The family has been growing wine in the region for generations. In the meantime, wine-growing has become ecological.
Here no chemical fertilizers are used, only natural, vegetable active substances are used. All this is controlled, as the Ecovin label on the label shows. You can taste the wines at a wine tasting directly on site.
