Wine tavern at the winery with Mosel wines, Federweißer, and hearty winemaker cuisine.
Right after the Minheim Wine Harvest Festival, we will open our wine bar at the Thielen-Feilen winery from September 21 to September 27.
In a cozy atmosphere, you can enjoy our self-produced Moselle wines, fresh Federweißer, and delicious dishes from the winemaker's kitchen. Relaxed lounge music creates the perfect ambiance in the evening – ideal for winding down the day with a glass of wine.
On the menu, you will find, among other things, pumpkin soup, cheese-leek cream soup, crackling lard with bread, pulled winemaker cheese, Moselle tapas with cheese or sausage and ham, fried meatloaf with potato salad, tarte flambée, onion cake, as well as winemaker steak with salad and fried potatoes – on request also with Riesling onions. To finish, there is Grandma's wine cream.
