As a family establishment it is a obligation for us to grow and foster wine.
We produce wine from our own vineyards and guarantee you the delivering of first-class wines, which are special due to their purity of variety, bouquet, fruit and classiness. Our vines ripen on the weathered soil of slate and are produced in harmony with the nature.
We are a member of the working group "environmentally friendly viticulture" and produce our wines according to strict guidelines for "Controlled Environmentally Friendly Viticulture" of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Are you our guest at a small wine tasting? In our Vinothek Laymühle, we await you with selected wines. In our more than 200-year-old rock cellar, our red wines mature in large wooden barrels and partly new barrique barrels for up to 36 months.
