Riesling break with Moselle tapas
Riesling, Riesling grape juice, and water for a vinophilic break are stored in the refrigerator of the Ape.
Alongside, there is a selection of small regional delicacies from the winemaker's kitchen made with seasonal and local ingredients.
For seasoning, homemade herb salt (with herbs that also grow in the Ürziger GeWürzgarten) is available.
Also on board is the photo book by Claudia Müller. The photos showcase an entire year in the vineyard, illustrating the question "how does the vine develop throughout the changing seasons".
Chilling and enjoying is easy with us in the unique landscape of the lively Mosel wine hills in Ürziger.
