In the event of a cancellation by the guest or the client, which occurs later than 48 hours and up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, the tour guide or WFB, acting on behalf of the tour guide and as their authorized representative for collection, will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed total price of the tour.
The guest or client may demonstrate to the tour guide or WFB that no or significantly lower costs or losses have been incurred. In this case, the guest or client is only required to reimburse the lower expenses or costs incurred.
In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour and on the day of the tour itself, the full agreed payment will become due.
