Pool

The spa & wellness area at Schloss Lieser is a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. While swimming laps in the 12-meter-long pool, you have a clear view outside and of the castle park. The spa area is located on the ground floor of the castle, just like the massage area.

Infrared Cabin

With its typical cabin temperature between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius (°C), significantly lower than, for example, a classic Finnish sauna with temperatures of 80 °C, 90 °C and above, the infrared sauna provides beneficial heat that alleviates various ailments. The effects of infrared heat have proven to be soothing, among other things, for: aching joints, back pain, tension, and muscle soreness.

Fitness

In our fitness room, you can train according to your personal training plan. In addition to Technogym cross-trainers and treadmills, a spinning bike, various dumbbells, and kettlebells are available to you. Of course, towels and fresh water are ready for you. The gym is open 24 hours a day.
