Facial & Body Treatments

From refreshing facial treatments to various body treatments with purely natural ingredients, massages to relaxing wellness baths: in our castle spa, you can indulge yourself! Please remember to book your desired appointments in advance before your arrival!

Pool

The spa & wellness area at Castle Lieser is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of modern life. While swimming laps in the 12-meter long pool, you have a clear view outside and of the castle park. The spa area, as well as the massage area, is located on the ground floor of the castle.

Infrared Cabin

With its typical cabin temperature between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius (°C), significantly lower than, for example, a classic Finnish sauna with its 80 °C, 90 °C, and more, the infrared sauna offers beneficial warmth that alleviates various ailments. The effects of infrared heat have proven to be soothing for: painful joints, back pain, tension, and muscle soreness.

Fitness

In our fitness room, you can train according to your personal training plan. In addition to Technogym cross-trainers and treadmills, you also have access to a spinning bike, various dumbbells, or kettlebells. Towels and fresh water are, of course, available for you. The gym is open 24 hours a day.

Saunas

In addition to a 12-meter indoor pool with a water depth of 1.20m to 1.35m, you can expect a waterfall, three saunas (65° / 75° / 85° degrees), a steam sauna (45° degrees), an infrared cabin, various relaxation areas, showers, and changing areas.
