The maximum number of participants per group is 25 people.
Please book the number of required group tours, not the number of group participants.
Example: For a group of 75 people, you need three tour guides (max. 25 people per tour guide). So add three tickets to the cart.
In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the client that occurs later than 48 hours and up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed total price of the tour will be charged by the tour guide or the WFB on behalf of the tour guide as his collection authorized agent.
The guest or the client has the right to prove to the tour guide or the WFB that no or significantly lower costs or losses were incurred. In this case, the guest or the client only needs to reimburse the lower expenses or costs incurred.
In the case of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour and on the day of the tour itself, the full agreed remuneration becomes due for payment.
