As of January 1, 2027, the following prices apply:

The maximum number of participants per group is 25 people.
Please book the number of required group tours, not the number of group participants.
Example: For a group of 75 people, you need three tour guides (max. 25 people per tour guide). So add three tickets to the cart.
In the case of cancellation by the guest or the client, which occurs more than 48 and up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed total price of the tour will be charged by the tour guide or the WFB in the name of the tour guide and as his authorized representative for collection.
The guest or the client may provide evidence to the tour guide or the WFB that no or significantly lower losses or costs have occurred. In this case, the guest or the client only needs to reimburse the lower expenses or costs.
In the case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the start of the tour and on the day of the tour itself, the full agreed remuneration will be due for payment.
As of 01.01.2027, the following cancellation rules apply:
The tour can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed performance start. In the case of cancellation later than 72 hours before the start of the tour and on the day of the tour itself, the full agreed remuneration will be due for payment.
