State Police Orchestra of Rhineland-Palatinate

The festive opening will be conducted by the State Police Orchestra of Rhineland-Palatinate under the musical direction of Florian Weber. With this special concert, we will jointly kick off our anniversary weekend.

Saturday, 28.08.2027

On Saturday, everything will be focused on brass music and good vibes. Under the motto “BRASSeskalation”, we are planning a large brass marathon on several stages – with one goal: The music should not fall silent throughout the day.
In the afternoon, our guest associations will present the program. Each group will have a performance time of up to 45 minutes. As a special highlight, a prize fee will be drawn among all participating groups.

To conclude the afternoon, we invite all present musicians to a joint ensemble performance. Together we will let the “Bohemian Dream” resonate.

Afterward, it will be: Stage clear for the BRASSers! The brass party band will provide a lively show, modern brass hits, and plenty of energy for a joyous celebration, shaking the Moseltalhalle to its core
