In Wintrich, you can look forward to the Weingutshotel St. Michael.

Day 3: from Wintrich to Traben-Trarbach/Reil
Length: approx. 32 - 41 km, difficulty: easy
With Bernkastel-Kues and Traben-Trarbach, today holds two wonderful Moselle towns in store for you. Enjoy a tranquil boat tour in Bernkastel-Kues, stroll through the pretty half-timbered old town or visit the wine museum, which is well worth seeing. Cycle past the Zeltinger sundial, the largest sundial in a German vineyard, on the Moselle cycle path to Traben-Trarbach. In Traben-Trarbach, marvel at the bridge gate, the landmark of the old town. Built as a decorative bridge end in 1899, it has housed a café-restaurant since its construction. In the 1960s, a gallery with temporary exhibitions was added following a conversion. The historic Romantik Jugendstilhotel Bellevue awaits you with a spacious beauty and wellness area or a small relaxation room in the Reiler Hof, with a modern wellness area and restaurant with high-quality regional cuisine.

    Day 4: from Traben-Trarbach/Reil to Cochem/Treis-Karden
Length: approx. 46 - 66 km, difficulty: easy
Today's day has small and large pearls in store for you. Take a worthwhile break immediately after 5 km in the small village of Enkirch. Marvel at the remarkable Moselle half-timbered architecture and take a stroll along the 3 km long alleyway to discover Enkirch's hidden corners. As soon as you get on your bike, Reil, a small village with narrow alleyways, stylish old half-timbered houses and quaint cellars that bear witness to an eventful past and 1000 years of wine culture, beckons on the other bank of the Moselle. But the half-timbered idyll of Pünderich (6 km before Zell) and the village of Beilstein (10 km before Cochem), nicknamed the "Rothenburg of the Moselle", are also waiting for your visit. In Cochem, take an entertaining tour of the town with a hireable GPS-supported guide and be sure to visit the Reichsburg Cochem castle, which is well worth seeing, before ending the day at your leisure. Condition of the cycle paths
The quality of the Moselle cycle path is excellent. There are practically no unpaved or poorly passable sections. The route runs almost exclusively on asphalted paths and is uniformly signposted from Trier to Koblenz. The traffic load along the Moselle varies, but between Trier and Cochem there is almost always a separate cycle path on the right or left side of the Moselle, away from the main road. Only on the last day of cycling is there a section on a wide cycle lane next to the main road.
