For three days in November, machernbaroque presents baroque music of the highest caliber—performed by outstanding artists in and around one of the most beautiful and acoustically rich concert halls in the Moselle region.
While you’re staying in the Bernkastel-Kues vacation region, be sure to take the opportunity to visit the charming Christmas market in Bernkastel-Kues. Join a guided tour of Bernkastel-Kues’s old town (or, alternatively, a tour of Landshut Castle), experience the Moselle landscape from a completely different perspective during a boat tour, and visit the Zylinderhaus and the wine shop at the Wine Culture Center in Bernkastel-Kues.
A glass of mulled wine during the boat tour and a dining voucher for the Zylinderhaus restaurant are also included in your package.

- We handle ticket reservations; guests cannot select their own seats or seat numbers. You will be assigned seats in Seating Category 2 (second price category) for the respective event. Reservations for higher seating categories are available upon request.
Note regarding Schloss Lieser (Coffee Cantata): There are no seating categories there; instead, there is a single seating category - This package is available for the following dates: November 27, 2012 – November 30, 2026

Travel Arrangements
All our trips are advertised without travel arrangements. You decide for yourself whether to travel by car or by public transportation (www.bahn.de). Please let us know your preference when booking. Upon request, we can arrange parking spaces at the departure hotel (for a fee, if applicable).

You can use our online booking form to make a reservation. You can also reach us by email or phone to ask questions or make special requests.
Booking Timeline
We check availability on a case-by-case basis for all trips. This usually takes us 5 business days. To ensure thorough processing, please allow approximately 10 days for your request to be processed. We recommend booking well in advance for holiday weekends, during peak season (September and October), and around major regional events.
Booking Period
The programs run from Easter through the end of October. Any deviations from these travel periods will be listed separately in the offer. Bookings are accepted year-round.
Local Taxes
Please note that local taxes (e.g., visitor’s tax, cultural promotion tax) levied during your stay are not included in the tour price and must be paid on site.
Information Materials / Travel Documents
Once full payment has been received, the vouchers | travel vouchers will be sent to you via email.
Additional Costs
Our prices include only the services listed. Additional costs for public transportation, beverages, or tips are not included in the tour price unless they are expressly listed on the voucher | travel voucher.
Traveling with Children
We’d be happy to organize your personalized family trip. To do so, we’ll need specific details when you book, such as your preferred room arrangement and the ages of the children.
Traveling with Dogs
Unfortunately, not all of our partners are equipped to accommodate dogs. If you plan to bring your four-legged friend along on your trip, please let us know when you book. Any applicable costs at the accommodations or, for example, for taxi rides will be communicated at the time of booking and paid on site.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance. The cost of this insurance depends on the total trip price. Every booking confirmation includes information about ERGO travel insurance. The insurance policy becomes effective upon your payment of the premium—at the time of booking the trip, but no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date. If you book within 30 days of the trip’s start date, you can only purchase the insurance on the day of booking or, at the latest, within the next 3 business days.
Meals
As a rule, our travel packages include a hearty breakfast, unless separate meal options are listed on the travel vouchers. We cannot guarantee vegan meals or special diets, but we’ll be happy to pass your request on to the accommodations. Please let us know your individual requests when you book.
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the trip price is due within 14 days of signing the contract. The balance is due 3 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 3 weeks before the trip begins, the full trip price is due immediately.
Additional Nights
For all trips, additional nights at the beginning or end of the trip are possible. Please let us know about this directly at the time of booking.
