The house combines historical charm with modern living comfort and preserves many original elements that reflect its long history. During the renovation, old wooden floors were uncovered and refurbished, the half-timbering in the hallway was made visible, and a historic rubble stone niche was discovered. An old taken plate from the time of Bishop Christoph Philipp von Sötern (1623–1652) also documents the historical heritage of the house, which presumably once served as a caretaker's house for church vineyard property. The garden has been intentionally left in its original style so that guests can enjoy an authentic, historically grown ambiance. The quiet location and traditional character make the house ideal for guests who appreciate history and coziness.


Payment is made on-site in cash.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is possible until 10:30 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time if necessary for arrangements.
The keys will be handed over personally on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €7.50 per day.

Excluded: use of the washing machine €3.00 per use
