On the banks of the Moselle, this historic house in Lieser welcomes you, just a 5-minute walk from the castle of the same name, with a bus stop located just a few meters from the house. Look forward to a relaxing vacation.
The Quartier 31 was once the residence of a wine trading family and now offers spacious apartments/rooms and studios with free Wi-Fi. All rooms have a view of the Moselle and the surrounding vineyards.
You can stay in generous deluxe double/twin rooms or spacious apartments, all of which offer a magnificent view of the Moselle; they are very spacious and have a comfortable seating area for relaxation. A coffee machine and a kettle are also available in all rooms. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for you, and Wi-Fi is free.
Lieser and its immediate surroundings offer a rich cultural program, castles, palaces, Roman buildings, and the medieval Bernkastel is just two kilometers away. You can cycle, hike, or simply enjoy nature, visit Roman excavations in the vineyards, and taste the delicious Riesling wines that grow only here.
The spacious, light-filled deluxe apartments/rooms and the French floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wonderful view over the Moselle landscape with its Riesling vineyards.
Our Quartier31 - we have lovingly renovated it with an emphasis on building biology and ecological aspects and continue to do so. We use ecologically recommended building materials, natural materials whenever possible, and generally paint with natural paints.
When it is not possible to find a suitable product, we seek out those with experience with conventional products, such as allergy centers, to incorporate their experiences.

Regional products, green electricity, certified natural cosmetics, measures to reduce waste, water-saving measures, continuous CO2 reduction.
