Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations within the 5 days prior to arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, cancellations within the 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.

The key handover will take place personally on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

A baby crib/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
