The company provides you with the VRT-GästeTicket, which allows you to use public transport freely throughout the VRT area. You can find further information at: https://en.bernkastel.de/gaesteticket  

A prepayment of XX% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations within the 5 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Arrival is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock. Departure is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in advance if necessary for arrangements.
The key handover takes place personally on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival.
A baby bed/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed, for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The visitor's tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.

VRT guest ticket
Your booked accommodation is a participating establishment in the public transport guest ticket. This allows you to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) throughout the entire VRT region free of charge.
The guest ticket and information material will be provided to you by the landlord upon your arrival and entitles you to use public transport in the entire VRT region free of charge.
