The following applies to both holiday apartments

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before their arrival will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refund will be given. Arrival is possible between 4 PM and 10 PM. Departure is possible between 8 AM and 10 AM. Other arrival and departure times are available upon consultation. Please contact us in advance for arrangements if necessary. The key handover takes place in person on site or via a key safe. You will receive the code in good time prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax: 1.70 EUR per person/night (from 18 years) , no tourist tax is charged for ages 0 - 17

Directions: Turn into Balduinstrasse. The first house above the footpath and cycle path on the right-hand side with the green windows is your destination. You can park below the gate. There you will find 4 free parking spaces belonging to the house.
