Experience the Moselle in all its facets! We welcome you directly at the Moselle in the historical buildings of the Hotel Deutschherrenhof. Where the Order of the Teutonic Knights once met, we offer you more than 55 individual rooms in our main or guest house.

At the heart of the Middle Moselle lies the famous and traditional wine town of Zeltingen-Rachtig, on the large heart-shaped Moselle loop. From this picturesque village you can reach everything in a short time - the ideal starting point for your exploration tours:
Whether a varied cycle tour directly on the river, a hike along the Lieserpfad or Moselsteig, a walk through the medieval town of Bernkastel-Kues, a day trip to Trier or on the trail of the Celts on the Hunsrück ...
The surrounding Moselle countryside and the entire Moselle region are wonderfully varied and offer you great views over a short distance and a multitude of possibilities to actively organise your holiday.

Afterwards you make yourself comfortable on our Moselle terrace and enjoy our homemade cake and the view over the surrounding vineyards. Or stop off in our knight's hall with good food and a glass of Mosel Riesling.

In our wellness area you will find peace and relaxation on 250 m²:
Whether in the Finnish sauna with a view of the Moselle, the soft sauna, the steam bath or our spacious lounge & relaxation area.
We offer massages, aroma baths with light therapy and a view of the vineyards and many other treatments. Let yourself be pampered to your heart's content, escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy time for yourself.

Many excursions, programs & additional services can be booked for an extra charge:

- Stand Up Paddle for an extra charge
- Boat trips to Bernkastel-Kues and Traben-Trarbach (directly in front of the house)

- Day trips, e.g. to Trier, Luxembourg, etc.

Children aged 0-13 years receive a discounted price. You are also welcome to bring your dog for an extra charge. Our prices depend on the availability of rooms, the day of the week or weekend, the season, and the room category.”     

Tourism Tax:
The municipality of Zeltingen-Rachtig has been charging a tourism tax of 3% (plus 7% VAT) on the overnight price since 01.04.2022.
This tax is not included in the price and will be charged on-site by the hotel.

VRT Guest Ticket
Your booked accommodation is a participating business in the public transport guest ticket. This gives you the opportunity to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) throughout the entire VRT area free of charge.
The guest ticket and informational material will be provided to you upon arrival by the provider and entitles you to use public transport throughout the entire VRT area free of charge.
