A down payment of 20% will be charged after booking. The remaining payment is due on-site in cash.

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover takes place in person on-site.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are charged at 8.00 euros per pet/day.
Including electricity, heating, water, bed linen, and kitchen linen.
Coffee and cake will be served as a welcome.
