Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations in the 5 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
Check-in is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Check-out is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance if necessary to arrange this.
The key handover will take place in person on-site / via a key box. You will receive the code for this in a timely manner before your arrival.
A baby bed/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The tourist tax of XX€ per person/night will be calculated additionally on-site.

Your booked accommodation is a participating establishment of the public transport guest ticket.
This grants you the opportunity to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) free of charge throughout the entire VRT area.
The guest ticket and informational material will be provided to you by the landlord upon arrival and entitles you to use public transport throughout the entire VRT area free of charge.
