Ferienwohnung kleine Auszeit

Our holiday flat "Kleine Auszeit" is located in the village of Maring-Noviand. In front of the front door pure nature is waiting for you - our community is surrounded by extensive forests, meadows and vineyards with steep slate slopes. The holiday flat is completely renovated and ready for occupancy since June 2020.

It is 42 m² in size and is located on the ground floor. The apartment is ideal for a time out together as a couple - however, an extra bed for another two persons is possible in the living room (pull-out couch with high-quality mattress).

The following rooms have been furnished by us with love and care:

Kitchen: (with dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, egg boiler, kettle, tea machine, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, good supply of pots, dishes and cutlery)

Dining area: (integrated kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs and exit to the furnished terrace)

Living room: (sofa with sleep function - if required an extra bed for up to 2 persons is possible - sideboard with bottle screen)

Bathroom: (large glass shower with ground-level access, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror, outside window with electric shutters, wall heating as towel warmer)

Bedroom: (double bed, wardrobe, TV, a travel bed for infants up to 3 years can be provided if required)

Terrace: (Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sun beds)

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

The prices are per night including VAT and additional costs such as electricity, water, bed linen, towels and tea towels, heating and final cleaning as well as our welcome package with some important things for the first days. There are no further costs. A deposit is not charged.

Look out for our offers on our homepage from time to time, such as special offers for spontaneous travellers, monthly offers or weekly discounts, 7 nights for the price of 6 nights.

After booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. The remaining amount (70%) is due four weeks before arrival.

If the booking is made less than four weeks before arrival, the full price is due immediately. Payments are to be made cashless to the account named in the booking confirmation.

Only with the booking confirmation and your deposit the booked days are bindingly assured and the booking is completed.

The following cancellation conditions apply to our holiday apartment:

100 % refund for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival
50 % refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival
10 % refund for cancellations up to 1 day before arrival

We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.

The holiday apartment is ready for occupancy from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the apartment should be broom-cleaned by 10.30 a.m. It is not allowed to bring pets and smoking in the apartment.

For train travellers we offer the transfer from/to the station Wittlich.
