The holiday apartment is wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters. You can conveniently reach a bicycle cellar and a laundry cellar by elevator. There is a built-in safe for your valuables.
The terrace is covered, and there is a clothesline in the garden. In the two-line kitchen, you will find a fully automatic coffee machine, an air fryer, an electric food slicer, and a broom cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning products, and equipment.

After receiving the final payment, you will receive an email from the landlord with all the information you need for your arrival.
A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is due by bank transfer 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations are not possible free of charge.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM.
The key handover takes place via a key safe. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival by email.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €5 per pet/night.
Guest Contribution:
