The holiday home was renovated in 2017 in large parts of the interior! The house is located in a quiet side street with a herlish view of the world-famous Doktorberg! Nevertheless, you are within a minute's walk of the pedestrian zone! -

Accommodation for up to 8 people in three double bedrooms and another 2 single bedrooms available
Two bathrooms (one bathroom with shower / one bathroom with walk-in shower and WC / one separate WC in separate room)
fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people
Cable TV
Free W-Lan/Internet
Sun terrace with table and 8 chairs
Private carport with additional parking space (extra charge 5€ per day)

A deposit of XX% will be charged upon booking.
The remaining payment is made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations within the 5 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, while cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from XX to XX hours. Check-out is possible between XX hours and XX hours.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in time for any arrangements.
Key handover will be done personally on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The visitor's tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged on-site in addition.

VRT Guest Ticket:
Your booked accommodation is a participating establishment of the public transport guest ticket. With this, you have the opportunity to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) free of charge throughout the VRT area. The guest ticket and informational materials will be provided to you by the landlord upon arrival and entitle you to use public transport free of charge throughout the VRT area.
