Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations within the 5 days prior to arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 30 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost.
Check-in is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Check-out is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time for coordination if necessary.
The key handover takes place personally on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The tourist tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.

VRT Guest Ticket:
Your booked accommodation is a participating establishment of the public transport guest ticket. This gives you the opportunity to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) free of charge in the entire VRT area. The guest ticket and informational material will be provided to you by the landlord upon arrival and entitle you to use public transport throughout the entire VRT area free of charge.
