Our family-friendly holiday home is located approx. 150m from the old town in an idyllic - flood-free - location.
It is freshly renovated and will be rented for the first time from March 2019.

Living space approx. 118 m², W-lan,

Living and dining room with TV (Smart-TV),

1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and TV (2nd floor),
1 bedroom with double bed 200x200cm and television (1st floor),
1 children's bedroom with pull-out bed (2 single beds 90x200cm and 90x190cm), also suitable for 2 adults;
Changing table can be folded out.

The living room has a fold-out couch, so that if necessary 1-2 further sleep possibilities exist.

Bathroom (shower, bathtub, washbasin, WC, bidet).

Equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, wine fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery and glasses (water glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses) for 6-8 persons, also children's crockery.

Terrace with sauna, garden furniture, slide, sandpit, barbecue.

Bed linen, blankets, pillows, towels and sauna towels are provided.

Children up to 12 years do not pay extra in one of the available beds.
For babies and toddlers we also provide a baby cot free of charge.

This is a non-smoking holiday house! Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are available.
Pets are not allowed.
A free parking lot is available on the neighbouring area (parking lot Dahm house no. 61) (marked with Casa Elisa).

Rental conditions
- 50% deposit of the rental price when booking
- Final payment 1 week before arrival or cash on arrival

Guest contribution:
The town of Bernkastel-Kues charges a guest contribution. You will receive the corresponding guest card from your host. Information on the contribution and the discounts you receive with the guest card can be found at: https://www.bernkastel.de/gaestekarte

Departure latest: 11:00 a.m. - later only by arrangement
