On the Dutch postal route from Brussels to Innsbruck and Italy, the Thurn und Taxissche - located on the Moselle - Posthof in Lieser was certainly a special and important location for communication and mediation in this age and is one of the greatest contemporary witnesses of many special events in the Bernkastel district.

The central but nevertheless quiet location of the Posthof holiday homes is the ideal starting point for excursions by bike, or the starting point for many hiking routes of the Mosel trail and dream paths, which are connected to Lieser. Close to the market place, bakery and butchery are just around the corner, restaurants and Straußwirtschaften are within walking distance, right in front of your holiday home. Two reserved car parking spaces are available for our guests free of charge within 100m distance. Further public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity along the Moselle or in the town centre of Lieser.
