Our house is located quietly in a residential area. In the same street, there is a very nice wellness bar called "Simy`s" in close proximity.

In the village itself, there is a general practitioner and a dentist, two car repair shops, a bicycle shop, and an EC cash machine from Raiffeisenbank.

Two kilometers away, there is a gas station with a bakery. Additionally, I offer a continental "sweet" breakfast for €8.00 per person upon request for single overnight stays, and for longer stays, a roll service upon request. I can also book a breakfast buffet for you at the Moselsteig hotel in the district of Monzel (approximately 1 km away) for €15 per person upon request.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM. Departure is possible until 11 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for arrangements if necessary.
Please let us know your approximate arrival time on the day of arrival.
The key handover takes place personally on site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival.
Max. 2 dogs allowed, for a fee of €8.00 per animal/day. Rest upon request.
The visitor's tax of €1.50 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.

The journey can take place after arrangement.
