Mosel Cycle Path Section 1: From Perl to Nittel

An idyllic route, most of which runs directly along the Moselle with views of the Luxembourg side of the river and its vineyards.

Directions
Pass the train station and continue left through the underpass towards the Moselle. Turn right onto the riverside path and follow this asphalt route to Besch. At the end of the town, the route leads right, away from the Moselle, around an industrial plant and past renaturalised quarries. Then, turn left again towards the Moselle and follow the towpath there through the bird reserve, past the camping site to the Moselle bridge, which leads to Remich. Pass under the bridge on the asphalt riverside route and continue left of the railway tracks to Palzem. After Palzem, the route first leads away from the Moselle, through vineyards and then through meadows along the riverbank to Wehr. Continue between the Moselle and the railway track, past Wincheringen and Rehlingen, to reach this section's end stop, Nittel.

By train to Perl (the Moselle River Cycle Route starts in the immediate vicinity of the train station).
