Camper site Brauneberg
In a quiet location directly on the riverside and next to the Moselle cycle path, there is a small caravan site with 25 pitches. From all pitches, you have an unobstructed view of the river and the famous “Brauneberger Juffer” vineyard.
The restaurants, taverns and cafés have outdoor terraces where guests can sit down and enjoy delicious meals and the Mediterranean climate with a nice glass of fine Riesling. Brauneberg is an ideal starting point for various day tours and other activities. From May to October, there is a daily boat connection to Bernkastel-Kues and Traben-Trarbach. Bikes can be rented at the tourist office. The parish has two well-marked hiking trails: the "Klostergartenweg" and the "Jufferweg". Those who want to learn a lot about the culture of Brauneberg and the former county of Veldenz, choose „Grafen, Gold und Schwarzer Peter” cultural hiking trail. The former Franciscan monastery, the double church (for Catholics and Protestants), the Roman wine press and the Jewish Cemetery are further spots for cultural discoveries. More information about Brauneberg and the surrounding area is also on the internet. They are looking forward to your visit.
