Winery Sauer-Platz

The Sauer-Platz winery is situated in idyllic castles. The family has been growing wine for four generations. The vines are cultivated in the vineyards around the castles: Burgener Hasenläufer, Kirchberg and Römerberg. 

These are farmed close to nature. The wines have been awarded several gold, silver and bronze medals by the Chamber of Agriculture of Rhineland-Palatinate in recent years. You can taste these at a wine tasting in the winery. You can also take a guided tour of the 200-year-old vaulted cellar. Or you can spend the night in one of the holiday apartments directly at the winery.
