Geller-Steffen pur offers you a more than individual and intensive insight into the culture and tradition of steep-slope viticulture. During the tour, you will receive a wealth of information, from various types of vine training to quality-promoting measures, ecological pest control and the process of selective manual harvesting. During the approx. 2-hour guided tour of the vineyard, you will explore the cultivation of Riesling in the world-famous Wehlener Sonnenuhr steep slope under the expert guidance of Achim Geller (Dipl.-Ing. Viticulture & Oenology). Afterwards, during the commented tasting of Geller-Steffen collection wines, the enormous potential of Riesling vines on steep slopes is revealed. A sequence of samples, again individually tailored to your personal taste, will take you into the world of probably the most versatile grape variety: whether delicate and elegant or internationally powerful, dry or noble sweet - discover your favourites from the Geller-Steffen collection in an extensive wine tasting with a wealth of knowledge.
