The family winery is located in the Moselle village Osann-Monzel. The winery cultivates 3 hectares of vineyards in a particularly environmentally friendly manner. The vineyards are distributed around Monzel. They are: Monzeler Kätzchen and Paulinslay and Kestener Herrenberg and Paulinshofberger.

Due to the different site conditions, different terroir-influenced wine styles can develop. In addition to the classic grape variety on the Moselle Riesling, Chardonnay, Rivaner, White Burgundy as well as the red wines Dornfelder, Pinot Noir and Regent are also cultivated.
